What does a typical course include?

Essentials of Effective Communication: 6 weeks. Public Speaking: 8 weeks. Business Communication: 7 weeks. Team Communication: 6 weeks. Negotiation and Argumentation: 8 weeks. Professional Correspondence: 5 weeks.
Is there an assessment?
Yes. Each program includes a final assessment to help you measure progress and identify next steps for continued practice.

Can I study while working?
Yes. Programs are designed for flexible schedules. Cohorts are scheduled with Canadian time zones in mind, and recordings or make-up options may be available depending on the program.

Payments
Which payment methods are available?
Payment options and instructions are provided after registration. Invoices are issued by f.a.x. Translations B.V. in EUR (€) under Dutch jurisdiction.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. A formal invoice in EUR (€) is sent to the billing contact via email after your enrollment is confirmed.
